Weybridge Library Hub now opening in September 2025

We want wanted to let you know that the brand-new Weybridge Library Hub is now set to open in September 2025. This is a change to the previous published date and is due to the need for UK Power Networks (UKPN) to complete essential work before we can open to the public. We apologise for the delay.

The library service will continue to run in its temporary accommodation at the Weybridge Centre for the Community until 6 September. Then there will be a short closure period while the library service moves into the hub building.

During this short closure period time, all loans will be extended, and customers are encouraged to use nearby Surrey Libraries in Walton, Addlestone and Hersham.

We anticipate that we will open the new Weybridge Library Hub at the end of September and will write to you soon to let you know the exact date.

We regret the delay and appreciate your patience and understanding. We are confident that the final result will be worth the wait and look forward to welcoming everyone to this excellent new facility soon.

All of our libraries are closed on bank holidays. Check libraries affected by bad weather.
