Statement of Accounts

The Statement of Accounts shows the financial performance of Surrey County Council for its financial year, which ends on 31 March.

The files below include the accounting statements for the County Council, together with the accounts for the Surrey County Council group, the Annual Governance statement, the accounting statements for the Firefighters' Pension Scheme and the Surrey Pension Fund accounts.

The statements have been prepared in accordance with the relevant yearly CIPFA Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting and up to 2016 to 2017 the Service Reporting Code of Practice (SerCOP).

The Statement of Accounts 2021 to 2022 shows the financial performance of Surrey County Council in the 2021 to 2022 financial year.

2020 to 2021

The Statement of Accounts 2020 to 2021 shows the financial performance of Surrey County Council in the 2020 to 2021 financial year.

2019 to 2020

The Statement of Accounts 2019 to 2020 shows the financial performance of Surrey County Council in the 2019 to 2020 financial year.

2018 to 2019

The Statement of Accounts 2018 to 2019 shows the financial performance of Surrey County Council in the 2018 to 2019 financial year.

2017 to 2018

The Statement of Accounts 2017 to 2018 shows the financial performance of Surrey County Council in the 2017 to 2018 financial year.

2016 to 2017

The Statement of Accounts 2016 to 2017 shows the financial performance of Surrey County Council in the 2016 to 2017 financial year. This statement also excludes the Surrey Pension Fund accounts.

2015 to 2016

The Statement of Accounts 2015 to 2016 shows the financial performance of Surrey County Council in the 2015 to 2016 financial year.
