These documents will help:
- potential developers
- care providers
- local planning authorities
by giving:
- our view (as the local care authority) on future older people's accommodation with care developments
- our view on development needs for extra care housing
- our approach to working out the future need for extra care housing, residential care homes and nursing care homes
Individual profiles at district and borough level are also given. These provide our estimates of need for extra care housing, residential care homes and nursing care homes up to 2035.
