These terms and conditions govern all purchases of goods, works and services with Surrey County Council (SCC) and your relationship as a supplier to the council. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.

All our purchase orders are covered by our terms and conditions shown on this page. Our orders refer to this web page.

Supply of goods, works or services under a valid Surrey County Council purchase order constitutes your acceptance to these conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Care Within the Home Dynamic Purchasing System

Terms and conditions for Care Within the Home provided through a Dynamic Purchasing System.

If the purchase relates to the above Adult Social Care services, you are obliged to read and acknowledge the council's terms and conditions. These conditions replace all current versions and will be effective on all new HBC packages of care placed from 1 October 2021. These files are included at the bottom of this page.
