The Learners Single Point of Access (L-SPA) can offer help and support if you have a concern about the development and/or learning needs of a child in Surrey. They can be contacted on 0300 200 1015.
If you or your child have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), you may want to contact your SEND Case Officer using the details they have given you. If you are unsure which borough or district, you fall in to, you can search for this by using the GOV.UK Find your local council tool.
If you do not have the contact information for your Case Officer, you can contact L-SPA who will be able to assist you, alternatively the contact details of the SEND area teams are below:
