Celebrate exceptional young people
Nominations for the Surrey Youth Voice Awards 2024 are now officially open! This annual celebration honours the remarkable achievements of young people across Surrey.
Whether a young person has excelled academically, demonstrated resilience in their career, or taken substantial steps to promote a greener future, these awards are an opportunity to highlight their exceptional efforts.
Professionals, parents, peers and colleagues are encouraged to nominate young people who deserve recognition.
Nominees must be aged 5-25 and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- live in Surrey
- access services in Surrey
- are a care experienced or care leaver placed outside of Surrey
To nominate, please complete our online form by midnight on Friday 1 November 2024.

Award categories
Youth Voice and Participation Champion
Got a friend who's been speaking up for others or leading projects? Let's celebrate them!
Championing Climate Action and Greener Futures
Know someone passionate about saving the planet? This one's for them.
Wellbeing Award
For those who've supported others or overcome tough times themselves.
Education Achievement
Big up your friend who's been smashing it at school or helping others with their studies.
Employment Achievement
Recognise anyone who's making big moves at work or has overcome challenges to get where they are.
Inclusivity Award
Know someone who's always making sure everyone feels included and valued? Give them the recognition they deserve.
Young Unsung Hero
For that friend who's always helping others but doesn't look for the spotlight—let's give them one!
Awards ceremony
The awards ceremony will take place on 6 December. Limited seats available and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If a nominee is unable to attend, they will still receive their award by post.
