Metrobus are offering four weeks free travel to all new Ukrainian refugee arrivals to Surrey. To claim your free four week travel keycard, visit either of the following Metrobus travel shops:

Metrobus Crawley travel shop Crawley Bus Station, Friary Way, Crawley, RH10 1JA

Opening times:

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm
  • Saturday 8:30am to 5pm
  • Sunday 10:30am to 4:30pm
  • Bank Holidays dependant, please check before you travel

Metrobus Redhill travel shop 3 Princess Way, Redhill, RH1 1UR

Opening times:

  • Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 5pm (closed from 1pm to 1:30pm for lunch)
  • Sunday and Bank Holidays - closed

What you will need

  • Passport and visa (or official Home Office documents) for each applicant
  • Name and UK address and postcode
  • Date of birth
  • A separate email address for each account
  • A photo will be taken by Metrobus for children under 18
