Surrey County Council is the highway authority and responsible for on street parking in Surrey. District and borough councils in the County act as our agents and carry out the on street enforcement on our behalf, under agreement. The financial information provided is for on street enforcement only. Each district or borough council will hold their own financial data for their car parks.
