  • National Planning Policy
  • Historic England audit purposes
  • Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023, section 230

Consent

Where we have asked for your consent to process your personal data, we will explain to you what we are asking you to agree to and why. If we have consent to use your personal data, you have the right to remove it at any time. Data will be retained until closure for the case file, plus 10 years. Files are subsequently weeded and become part of the permanent or Historic Environment Record (HER) archive, where historic environment information and data is processed and archived in the public interest for the purposes of scientific research, historical research and/or statistical analyses.
