Public Bridleways 101 and 110 (Thursley) and 110c (Peper Harow)
Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order 2024

On 30 May 2024 Surrey County Council will make the above mentioned temporary order, the effect of which is to prohibit all traffic on foot or by any other means from entering or proceeding along Public Bridleways 101 and 110 (Thursley) and 110c (Peper Harow) from Point A (Grid ref: 489991 140685) heading east for 1600 metres to Point B (Grid reference: 491535 140827) shown as a solid black line on plan reference: 3/1/14/H63.

The Order is necessary in the interest of public safety due to vehicle and horse movements in the vicinity in relation to filming taking place. The closure will be in operation for a period of 12 days from 3 June 2024 or until completion of the works, if earlier. That period can be extended by the Secretary of State for Transport if required.

The temporary closure will only be in operation when appropriate road traffic signs are displayed on site by the County Council or an authorised person acting on its behalf. Access to properties will not be affected.

There is no alternative route.

'The Surrey County Council Public Bridleways 101 and 110 (Thursley) and 110c (Peper Harow) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024' will be made by the County Council under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
