These sessions provide your team with an introduction to CV writing, interview skills, and supporting statements which you can use to help them secure another role. We have designed the 60 minute sessions so that you can easily facilitate and deliver them in your team meetings.
The session plan takes you through each section, outlining the objective of the section, what you can say, and how long each activity should take. These are guidelines and the more time you can provide for your team to go through the session, the more helpful they may find it.
This is a new resource that has been recently designed so your feedback is encouraged on both the usability of the session plan as well as any ideas you have for other topics that you and your team would find helpful.
