For staff facing compulsory redundancy (as opposed to taking voluntary severance) you can have two confidential 1:1 coaching sessions with an external coach who can support you on a range of topics from dealing with pre interview anxiety to setting up your own business or starting a new career.
The sessions can be held anytime from the date you are given notice up to four weeks after your last day of service (as long as you have not secured other employment).
If you would like to arrange these sessions, please email staff.redeployment@surreycc.gov.uk with your contact details, and an HR advisor will call you to discuss how you would like to use the sessions and explain the next steps.
