If you do not have a work email address or access to a personal email account such as Yahoo or Hotmail, please contact a redeployment advisor on 020 8541 9642 or 020 8551 9568 and they can arrange for Information Management and Technology (IMT) to give you a temporary lotus notes account. This profile would only be accessible from a council networked computer.
I do not have access to a computer
All of our libraries have high-speed internet computers and as a member you can book a session to use one of the computers. To use a computer you will need to have a library card and know your PIN number. Anyone who lives or works in Surrey can join the library service in person or online.
Alternatively, you can use a computer at one of the hot desk areas in offices around the county. If you do not have a log-in profile, please contact a redeployment advisor on 0208 541 8956 / 9796 and they can arrange for IMT to give you a temporary log-in profile.
