The salary range for this role is £26,033 to £30,361 per annum based on a 37-hour working week.

We currently have these 2 positions available:

At the forefront of family support services in Elmbridge Borough, we are the Lead Provider for Family Centres & Family Resilience Services. With a dedicated focus on nurturing the well-being of children, young people, adults, and families, our mission spans from infancy through to adulthood. About the Role
Step into a transformative role as a Family Support Worker in Elmbridge Borough, where you'll be at the forefront of empowering families and nurturing resilience. You'll be instrumental in providing crucial support to children, young people, adults, and families, including those with SEND, collaborating seamlessly with agencies and communities. 
By working collaboratively with various agencies and community stakeholders, you'll be the catalyst for positive change, guiding families to identify their strengths and cultivate resilience. With a focus on enhancing family relationships and safeguarding children's well-being, your influence will resonate across generations.
