- Ensuring delivery of community safety initiatives and engagement activities.
- Overseeing training schedules and maintaining team competence in line with service requirements.
- Collaborating with other stations and departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

- Be a substantive Watch Commander or part of the Watch Commander Development Pool.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the NFCC Leadership Framework at the "Leading Others" level.

- Excellent communication and decision-making skills in both operational and non-operational contexts.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
