Area-based Locality Teams
- North-West Surrey - Spelthorne (Ashford), Runnymede (Addlestone), Woking, Surrey Heath (Camberley)
- South-West Surrey - Guildford, Waverley (Godalming)
- Mid-Surrey - Elmbridge (Weybridge), Epsom and Ewell, Mole Valley (Dorking)
- East Surrey - Reigate & Banstead, Tandridge (Oxted)
Hospital Teams - Frimley Park Hospital (Camberley), St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey), Royal Surrey County Hospital (Guildford), Epsom General Hospital, East Surrey Hospital (Redhill)
Specialist Teams - Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (Woking)

- Professional qualification in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England.
- Successful completion of an Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme if qualified as a social worker after June 2012.
- Experience in social care, including assessment and risk management skills.
- Working knowledge of both the Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act, including experience in preparation of support plans, monitoring and reviewing outcomes.
- Commitment to your own professional development, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of practice issues.
