Surrey County Council adopted the Aggregates Recycling Joint Development Plan Document (DPD) on 12 February 2013. The Joint DPD forms part of the Surrey Minerals and Waste Development Framework. It sets out proposals with regard to the provision of aggregates recycling facilities across Surrey for the period to 2026.
The Aggregates Recycling Joint DPD allocates a number of sites for the location of aggregates recycling facilities. It should be read alongside the Surrey Waste Plan and the Surrey Minerals Plan Core Strategy DPD 2011.
