All of our libraries are closed on bank holidays. Check libraries affected by bad weather.
The library has good wheelchair access, which a ramp leading to the entrance. There is also a hearing loop is installed in the library. Please see: Library services for people with disabilities, for further information.

Horsley library is situated in the heart of the village in the parade of shops.
There is parking outside the library and a car park off a road opposite. All the parking is free in Horsley. There are two disabled parking spaces in Station Parade West.

Volunteering
There are various volunteering roles available in Surrey Libraries for people of all ages and with varying skills. These include events and activities, (for example Story Time), Rhymetime, digital support, stock support and volunteers for our Library Direct Home Service.
