Bus Users UK give bus passengers a voice by campaigning for improved standards and championing the rights of bus users. Bus Users UK organise 'Your Bus Matters' events to give you a chance to talk to local bus companies and authorities about your concerns.

North West Surrey Bus Users Group
The North West Surrey Bus Users group forms part of Bus Users UK covering the Spelthorne, Runnymede, Elmbridge and Woking areas is formed of bus passengers whose objective it is to promote discussion and understanding between bus users, bus operators and other key stakeholders such as Surrey County Council's Local Bus Team. The North West Surrey Bus Users group is affiliated with the national organisation Bus Users UK. They also hold regular meetings during the year in Addlestone.
