Lost, damaged or stolen badge

If you've lost or damaged your blue badge

  • Lost badge: Look for it carefully. If you still can't find it, you'll need to replace it
  • Stolen badge: Report it to the police and include the crime reference number in your application
  • Damaged badge: Take a photo of the damage and email us the details

Replacing your badge

  • Fee: There's a £10 fee for replacements
  • Application: Apply online at GOV.UK. You'll need your National Insurance number
  • Organizations: If your badge is for an organization, contact us by email.
  • Address changes: Provide proof of your new address
  • Expiry date: Replacement badges will have the same expiry date as your current badge

Once you've applied online, we'll get in touch with how to pay the £10 fee.

  • Email: We'll send a payment link
  • Phone: We'll call you to take payment
  • Post: Send a cheque or postal order to: Blue Badge Team, Surrey County Council, Dakota Building, De Havilland Drive, Brooklands, Weybridge, KT13 0YP
