If you've lost or damaged your blue badge
- Lost badge: Look for it carefully. If you still can't find it, you'll need to replace it
- Stolen badge: Report it to the police and include the crime reference number in your application
- Damaged badge: Take a photo of the damage and email us the details
Replacing your badge
- Fee: There's a £10 fee for replacements
- Application: Apply online at GOV.UK. You'll need your National Insurance number
- Organizations: If your badge is for an organization, contact us by email.
- Address changes: Provide proof of your new address
- Expiry date: Replacement badges will have the same expiry date as your current badge
