Parking enforcement operational and financial reports

We are required by the Department for Transport's statutory guidance for local authorities in England on civil enforcement of parking contraventions, under the provisions of the Traffic Management Act 2004, to produce an annual parking report. This provides information about how we manage on-street parking enforcement within Surrey, including data about parking fines (penalty charge notices) and income and expenditure. Surrey County Council took over direct management of on street parking in April 2023, consequently our reports start from this date and the latest is available below to view or download.
