North Street Regeneration Guildford

St Edwards Homes - North Street Regeneration - Woodbridge Road Closure

Developers St Edward Homes propose a mixed-use redevelopment of Guildford's North Street with plans to build 477 homes (47 of which can be classed as 'affordable'), a new refurbished bus station, medical centre and a pedestrianised zone. This will include the permanent closure of a section Woodbridge Road.

Woodbridge Road closure from 1 November

Traffic management will be in place to discourage vehicles from entering North Street from the east. Those vehicles who ignore the closure signs will be able to leave North Street via Commercial Road which will remain open until the replacement route is established.
