Course lengths vary and therefore so will start and end dates. Please check or ask a member of the team to confirm the dates when you enquire or enrol.


2025 academic year

Spring 2025

  • Daytime and online (Zoom) courses run from Monday 6 January to Friday 11 April
  • Evening courses run from Monday 13 January to Friday 11 April
  • Half term runs from Saturday 15 February to Sunday 23 February

Summer 2025

  • Daytime and online (Zoom) courses run from Monday 28 April to Monday 21 July
  • Evening courses run from Monday 28 April to Monday 14 July
  • Half term runs from Saturday 24 May to Sunday 1 June

Please note, summer term ends on a Monday to take account of the bank holiday on Monday 5 May.

Enrolments will open at 9am on Wednesday 2 April for our Arts and Crafts courses.

Enrolments will open at 9am on Thursday 3 April for the majority of our other courses.

Enrolments will open at 9am on Wednesday 9 April for our Passport To Wellbeing and English and other courses for HongKongers courses.


Summer Skills 2025

A range of short courses and workshops across at our Camberley, Esher, Guildford and Camberley centres, and online, will be running from the end of the summer term until Friday 26 July. Enrolments will open at 9am on Wednesday 2 April for our Arts and Crafts courses, and at 9am on Thursday 3 April for all other provisions.


2025 to 2026 academic year

Autumn 2025

  • Daytime and online (Zoom) courses run from Monday 8 September to Friday 12 December
  • Evening courses run from Monday 15 September to Friday 12 December
  • Half term runs from Saturday 25 October to Sunday 2 November

Enrolments will open at 9am on Wednesday 2 July for our Arts and Crafts courses and Supported Learning courses.

Enrolments will open at 9am on Thursday 3 July for most of our other courses.

Enrolments will open at 9am on Thursday 10 July for our Passport To Wellbeing and English and other courses for HongKongers courses.

Spring 2025

  • Evening courses run from Monday 12 January to Friday 27 March
  • Half term runs from Saturday 14 February to Sunday 22 February

  • Evening courses run from Monday 13 April to Monday 13 July
  • Half term runs from Saturday 23 May to Sunday 31 May

Please note, summer term ends on a Monday to take account of the bank holiday on Monday 4 May.


Onsite Cafe

Please be advised, for centres where we have an onsite cafe, these will be operational weekday daytimes during the dates listed for our evening courses. Outside of this, a hot drink vending machine is available, accepting contactless card payments only. Further information about our centres can be found on our centres webpage.


Saturday openings

Our centres are operational on various Saturday dates throughout the academic year for one-off workshops and short courses. Further information on our current planned Saturday offering can be found on our course listings webpage.


Supported Learning term dates

Our Supported Learning provision runs with different dates due to having shorter length terms.

Spring Term 2025

  • Starts: Monday 6 January 2025
  • Half Term: 17 February 2025 to 21 February 2025
  • Ends: Friday 28 March 2025

Summer Term 2025

  • Starts: Monday 28 April 2025
  • Half Term: 26 May 2025 to 30 May 2025
  • Ends: Friday 18 July 2025

Note: English, Maths, Digital Skills courses will finish Friday 4 July. Monday courses will finish on 7 July.

Autumn Term 2025

  • Starts: Monday 15 September 2025
  • Half Term: Saturday 25 October 2025 to Sunday 2 November 2025
  • Ends: Friday 12 December 2025

Spring and Summer 2026

Dates are currently being finalised and will be published here in April.
