If you have forgotten your password or are unable to log in to your account, please email adultlearning@surreycc.gov.uk to request a reset of your password, and we will get this reset for you and send you a temporary password as quickly as we are able to do so.

Other ways to contact us

  • Telephone: 0300 200 1044. Our telephone opening hours are 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Calls may be monitored for training and quality checks. Calls to 03 numbers from any network will cost no more than those to 01 and 02 numbers and count as part of any call package.
  • SMS: 07860 053 465. Our SMS (text messaging) service goes through to main Surrey County Council Contact Centre, not direct to Surrey Adult Learning. Messages will be passed onto us, however there may be a delay in response time.
