About this subject
Yoga uses slow movements and poses, with deep breathing exercises. This will help improve your wellbeing and teach you mindfulness techniques. You can then use these techniques to calm your mind in the chaos of everyday life.
Whether you are new to yoga or want to revisit some forgotten moves, our courses will set you on your way. Whatever level of experience, you can feel these benefits in this course. Your tutor will ensure you are able to work at the right level for you.
You will be given the skills and knowledge to practise the exercises at home and fit them in to your daily routine.
All learners must complete a learner health information checklist and submit it before the first class.
Our courses run over a period of weeks for a term. We have three terms in the year from September to July plus short courses at the start of summer.
Enrolments open each term in March, July and November. If courses have already started you may still be able to join so please contact us.
If courses are full please sign up to our newsletter to hear when enrolments open again.
