Course intent

Boxercise fitness is jammed packed with health benefits, including: · Cardio and resistance for all full body fitness · Increased strength, coordination, stability, stamina, and balance · Reduced stress and anxiety · Improved self confidence

What will I learn?

Punching, whether it’s a set of pads or shadow boxing with dumbbells they both require upper body strength. Combine this with squats, lunges, and abdominal work, you will improve muscular strength and endurance throughout.

One of the key benefits of Boxercise is boosting your self-esteem and self-confidence. Find out how to generate power, improve your reaction times and all importantly dodge that oncoming pad!

Each 45-minute session will include a warm-up, various routines (lunges, squats and stretches) and end with a warm down.
