What will I learn?

You will gain invaluable insights into dismantling unhelpful thinking patterns that sabotage your relationship with food, diet, and eating. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, we'll uncover and challenge years of ingrained core beliefs that hold you back from making positive changes to your eating habits.

Learn how to eat mindfully, nourish your body, and break free from the cycle of stress and negative emotional states that may damage your waistline and overall health. Discover how to create healthier habits and cultivate a positive relationship with food, leading to a happier, healthier you!

Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?

This course is suitable for everyone, all abilities, although it is particularly suited to those who wish to improve their physical health by making informed changes about their diet. Those with an understanding of basic biology/physiology may have an advantage in understanding.

What do I need to bring to the first class?

You may wish to bring a notepad or mobile device should you wish to make any of your own notes.

What can I do when I finish the course?

Enrol onto another Nutrition workshop to enhance your health and wellbeing or look at the wide range of healthy living courses available or continue with further learning in this topic – your tutor can support.
