High volumes of enquiries - July 2024

Due to high numbers of enquiries, there are currently longer waiting times on the phones and a delay to responses for voicemails, emails and enquiries.

We apologise for any inconvenience and are working as quickly as possible to get to you.

Course intent

Making homemade bread is a great everyday skill and a party piece that impresses!

You will learn how to make a range of both leavened and unleavened breads harkening from the Middle East and gain the confidence to experiment further with breadmaking in your own kitchen.

What will I learn?

You will concentrate on the techniques of preparing the dough and fillings for three breads: · Lebanese Lahme Bil Ajeen, · Turkish Simit, · Arabic Manakeesh.

If time allows your tutor will demonstrate flat breads, which you can enjoy with a tasty dip.

Note from Tutor “I will be giving hints & tips for toppings and star ingredients that will compliment all your breads. See you at the workshop”
