Microsoft Spreadsheets Excel - Introduction [HPT]

Course intent

You will use the popular Excel software, part of the Microsoft Office suite, to create basic spreadsheets, incorporating simple formatting and functions to automate and design workbooks and worksheets. Excel is a powerful spreadsheet tool which can help you produce personal budgets, record work expenses, present data with colourful charts and graphs and much more.

If you use/have used a different spreadsheet programme, the skills learned here are easily transferrable.

What will I learn?

You will: · Create a spreadsheet · Input and format both text and numbers on a worksheet · Save and print a worksheet · Create simple charts from worksheet data · Safeguarding, Prevent and British Values
