What will I learn?

Empress Maria Feodorovna was born Princess Dagmar of Denmark, the fourth child and the second daughter of King Christian IX and Queen Louise and the younger sister of Britain’s Queen Alexandra. She was Empress of Russia from 1881-1894 as the wife of Emperor Alexander III. The Dowager Empress, Maria Feodorovna, survived the Russian Revolution and outlived her sons Emperor Nicholas II (and his family) and Grand Duke Michael.
