Course intent
This course is an introduction to the traditional Japanese techniques of Sashiko and Boro, with the interesting history, iconic geometric patterns and blue and white colour palette. The techniques have become very popular more recently in the west for both beginners and experienced stitchers due to the simplicity and complex patterns which means there is something for everyone.
