Nutrition - Therapeutic properties of Herbs & Spices

Course intent

Our kitchen cupboards hold a wide range of herbs and spices we can add to our meals, yet we often only use a few. When we're unwell, we rarely think to our spice rack for support. But as Socrates once said, 'Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food,' a reminder that simple ingredients can have powerful benefits

What will I learn?

.In this workshop, explore how the nutritional properties of herbs like basil, coriander, mint, parsley, oregano, and rosemary can support health, address symptoms, and aid in managing various conditions. We’ll also dive into the powerful effects of spices like cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, and ginger in easing inflammatory conditions.
