Course intent
You will develop your skills and knowledge in phonics and how to support your child as well as know where to find out more information. This will be positive for your family.
What will I learn?
On this FREE online 2-hour workshop, you will work with the tutor and other parents and carers to find out about phonics and how they are taught at school. You will:
- understand the terms teachers and children use
- learn about different phonics schemes schools use
- learn tips and games you can play with your child
- find out about useful websites and resources
