What will I learn?
Discover low-impact dance moves, steps, and turns while enhancing body awareness and dance skills. In this sociable and fun course, you will learn to move to the beats and will master choreographed and improvised routines so that you are ready for any scenario.
Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?
Open to all. From complete beginners to those wanting to refresh their skills or more experienced dancers.

What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?
Please bring the following to your classes:
- Wear comfortable clothing which allows a full range of movement.
- Bottle for drinking water – fountains are available in the centre.

In discussion with your tutor, you can decide the best route for you. You can always re-enrol on the next terms course and keeping dancing
