Develop your skills and knowledge to help you to be more active in the support of your children’s learning and development; and positively impact on your life and that of your family.
What will I learn?
This is an interactive FREE online two -week course that will help you manage sensory triggers, e.g., textures, smells and colours. You will discuss varying cooking utensils to support and manage motor skill challenges and learn how to support your child to build fine motor skills.
Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?
This course is for parents, carers, grandparents who want to learn cooking ideas to support their ADHD, Autism & Neurodivergent child. This is delivered online via Zoom

At the end of this course, we will give you details of what you can move on to next, for example volunteering, further courses with Surrey Adult Learning, a college or employment

We welcome learners with additional needs and disabilities. When you enrol, please let us know if you would like to discuss your extra support needs with a member of the Supported Learning Team who will then contact you as soon as possible. If you are enrolling within 10 days of the course start date, we may not be able to contact you before your first class.
