Course intent

This course will give parents/carers the first step tools to obtain the skills and knowledge needed to make a lasting positive impact and change to family life

What will I learn?

This is a FREE one-week online workshop designed to provide parents and carers with an understanding of concentration skills and practical strategies for how to encourage these skills in your child. It is aimed at parents and carers of children from 4 – 11 years old.

Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?

This course is for parents/carers who reside in Surrey with children and young people who want to understand more about concentration skills for in children and young people and how they can support their child to develop or improve skills in this area. This is delivered online via Zoom

What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?

What can I do when I finish the course?

At the end of this course, we will give you details of what you may wish to move on to next, for example volunteering, further courses with Surrey Adult Learning, a college or employment
