What will I learn?

On this FREE online 1+2-week course (2-hour sessions), you will work with the tutor and other parents and carers to understand school education and to find out about what grammar children learn in Key Stage 2. You will:

Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?

If you are new to the UK or went to school in another country and are a parent/carer of a child aged 7-11, this course will help you understand how and what English grammar is taught to your child.. This is delivered online via Zoom

What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?

• Have my camera on

What can I do when I finish the course?

At the end of this course, we will give you details of what you can move on to next, for example volunteering, further courses with Surrey Adult Learning, such as ESOL, or join a college or get a job.
