Course intent

You will develop your skills and knowledge in raising bilingual children in the UK and know where to find out more information. This will be positive for your family.

What will I learn?

On this FREE online 2-hour workshop you will work with the tutor and other parents and carers to improve your understanding of the benefits of bilingualism and ways in which you can successfully raise a bilingual child. You will cover a range of topics that may include:

If you are new to the UK or went to school in another country and are a parent/carer of a child aged 0-11, this workshop will help you understand the benefits of raising a bilingual child.

What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?

You could attend one of our 5-week courses for parents who speak English as an additional language.

We welcome learners with additional needs and disabilities.
