Course intent

This two-part workshop explores the social, biological and psychological factors that influence health, illness and healthcare. It will be taught by Alexander Hogan.

What will I learn?

This topic will be addressed from many perspectives, for example:

Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?

This workshop is suitable for everyone. No prior knowledge is required, just an interest in the topic.

What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?

We recommend bringing a pen and paper so you can make notes. The tutor will provide a copy of the presentation notes.

What can I do when I finish the course?

You can enrol to other psychology courses. Your tutor will advise you on the options available to you. This workshop offers learners a fresh insight into understanding human thought and behaviour, which can be advantageous in a variety of occupations and personal development.
