Course intent

Make a beautiful pair of summer flower themed earrings in silver. Apply your own design using a variety of traditional jewellery making tools and techniques.

What will I learn?

You will learn the skills needed to design and make earrings, including:

Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?

Beginners and Improvers (those with some jewellery making experience). If you are new to jewellery making, this is the perfect beginners’ project building basic skills and allowing for your own design input to create a pair of earrings in silver. If you have some experience, you will be challenged to develop and work on your own designs and refine your skills.

What can I do when I finish the course?

We offer a range of jewellery and silverwork classes during the week including evening classes at both Guildford and Woking. Workshops provide a day of learning a technique and how to make a piece of jewellery in a day. We offer enamelling (earrings and a pendant), making a silver brooch, making rings (some with sea glass) and silver chain bracelets.
