Course intent

A gentle yet powerful energy-healing practice that promotes balance, relaxation, and well-being.

What will I learn?

By the end of this course, you will:

• Understand the history and principles of Reiki and its ethical practice.
• Learn about the chakras and energy systems, and how they relate to well-being.
• Be attuned to Reiki energy, enabling you to channel it for yourself and others.
• Practice hand positions for self-healing and treating others.
• Gain confidence in incorporating Reiki into your daily life for personal growth and relaxation

  This course provides a safe, supportive, and interactive learning environment where you can begin your Reiki journey. Whether you are new to energy healing or looking to deepen your self-care practice, Reiki 1 is a wonderful first step. We look forward to sharing this transformative experience with you

  What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?

  To fully participate in this course, you will need to be comfortable lying down for certain exercises and using your hands to channel energy. Through guided practice, discussion, and hands-on experience, you will gain confidence in working with Reiki energy at a more advanced level.

  What can I do when I finish the course?

  Upon the completion of the Reiki 1 course, you will receive your Reiki 1 certificate signed by the UK Reiki Federation registered Reiki Master Teacher and information for the Reiki 2 course.

  We welcome learners with additional needs and disabilities. When you enrol, please let us know if you would like to discuss your extra support needs with a member of the Supported Learning Team who will then contact you as soon as possible. If you are enrolling within 10 days of the course start date, we may not be able to contact you before your first class.
