Course intent

A course for those of you looking to build your confidence and try new techniques. This is a friendly course, ideal for anyone wanting to try new recipes or master a specific dish.

What will I learn?

You will cover everything from soups, fish, meat, filled pasta, vegetables, scones, cakes, or breads. A fantastic opportunity to learn, cook and have fun, in a small group with our highly experienced tutor, Helen Little. She will provide you with the skills and techniques to leave the course with the confidence to carry on cooking at home.

Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?

This course is designed for all cooks. The course is not suitable for beginner cooks. It will be delivered through live online sessions using Zoom. To fully participate in this course, you will need:

We welcome learners with additional needs and disabilities. When you enrol, please let us know if you would like to discuss your extra support needs with a member of the Supported Learning Team who will then contact you as soon as possible. If you are enrolling within 10 days of the course start date, we may not be able to contact you before your first class.
