Course intent

In this workshop, we will look at how the right foods can help reduce inflammation and support joint health. Learn which nutrients play a key role in easing stiffness, improving mobility, and protecting your joints long-term. Whether you suffer from arthritis or occasional discomfort, this session will provide practical dietary strategies to help you feel your best.

• About individual inflammatory conditions like Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Gout, and Fibromyalgia.

This course is open to everyone and will be delivered through live online sessions using Zoom.
