Race equality and minority achievement (REMA)

Surrey's Race Equality and Minority Achievement (REMA) team of teachers and support workers can:

  • support families in their first language
  • help to build home-school links and relationships with families
  • work to maintain the attendance and engagement of children who have English as an Additional Language (EAL) or are Gypsy, Roma or Traveller (GRT)
