We have a dedicated team that go to great lengths to source top quality and fresh ingredients.

We are passionate about quality food standards and reducing air miles, we buy fresh seasonal food from as close to home as possible, approximately 80% of our food is produced fresh from scratch in our kitchens offering outstanding quality and value for money.

• All our meat is British Red Tractor farm assured as a minimum and we can trace it all back to the farm of origin.
• We use Golden Wholegrain flour, Marriages Millers have been milling since 1824 and still use Victorian stones for grinding.
• Our apples come from orchards in Kent.
• We never serve any fish on the Marine Conservation Society's 'fish to avoid' list and only use line caught tuna
• Our bananas and cocoa are Fair Trade.

Our menus are free from a huge list of additives and trans fats.

We do not use Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) aspartame, hydrogenated oils, mechanically recovered meat or Genetically Modified (GM) ingredients.
