There are financial procedures schools must follow in managing the budgets we delegate to them. These following guidelines explain them and provide wider financial management advice for schools.

Lists the Surrey maintained schools to which the scheme currently applies. The scheme applies to all Surrey local authority maintained schools. -
The Surrey scheme for financing schools 2024 - Annex A (PDF)
The Scheme applies to all schools maintained by Surrey County Council. At 1 July 2024 the schools listed are maintained by Surrey County Council (and thus covered by the scheme). -
