If you do not have the telephone numbers for the members of staff you need to contact, you can request them by calling the staff Helpdesk on 020 8541 9000 and select Option 1 HR.
2. Find out if your usual place of work is open
If you are working in an office during the coronavirus pandemic, please check whether your office is open, closed or has reduced opening hours on the Emergency office closures page.
3. Hot desks
If you are working in an office during the coronavirus pandemic but your office is closed due to adverse weather or you are unable to get there, please work from home if you can and if not, please check with your manager whether you should hot desk at an office closer to your home.
How to book a hot desk
Check first if the office is open or closed.
You can book a hot desk using Manhattan Space Scheduling which you can access from either a device on the Surrey County Council network or from your personal device. Please note: you will need a Freja token to log into Manhattan on a personal device.
